New Associates Start Here...
Certified Field Training Program (CFT)
With help from your sponsoring Associate, recruit three (3) new Associates, each with a membership, within 45 days, and you advance to MANAGER!
How Does The CFT Program Work?
The purpose of the program is to encourage you to train your new Associates, ultimately making them, and you, more successful. They get the benefit of your experience, you earn an extra commission on their first three members with an Associate Agreement - provided you meet all of the following deadlines:
1. Advance to Manager Level (or above)
2. Recruit a new associate who also purchases a membership
3. Work with your new Associate to prepare his/her list of contact names.
4. Go with your Associate to train them by making membership and recruiting presentations using company approved materials and sales brochures.
5. You’ll be eligible for the additional commission above only after you’ve helped your frontline associate enroll three new frontline recruits, each with a membership, within 45 days of the effective date of their Associate Agreement.
To Advance to Associate Level
If you haven’t previously advanced through the CFT program, you’ll advance to Associate Level on your 46th day.
To Advance to Senior Associate Level:
Within the CFT qualification time frame, make 3 personal sales and have 1 new recruit OR make 5 personal sales OR you and your organization sell 50 memberships.
To Advance to Manager Level:
Have 3 legs with a Senior Associate OR you and your organization sell 100 PPL
memberships.
To Advance to Director Level:
Have 3 legs with a Manager or above in each leg, OR you personally sell 250 memberships, OR you and your organization sell 250 memberships, with no more than 200 memberships
from 1 leg.
Qualified Directors will receive Breakaway Bonuses on up to 6 generations of qualified Breakaway Directors!
To Advance to Executive Director Level:
Have 75 sales (or counters) in one of three ways...
1. You may count 75 personal sales to qualify,
2. If you have at least one Director leg and 3 personal sales, you may count up to 25 sales from ANY leg to reach your
total of 75,
3. If you have less than 3 personal sales, you may not count sales from your non-Director legs, but may still reach the 75 total by counting up to 25 from each leg with a Director. You
must have at least 3 Director legs.
Unlike other levels in which once you achieve the advancement you remain at that level until you reach the next, the Executive Director level requires a monthly qualifi cation. You qualify in one month & receive your bonus on the next month’s business.
